For 23 years, I have had the honor and privilege of leading Pyramid Consulting Group. Along the way, I have worked with extraordinary people and had a front-row seat inside some of the most respected organizations in the world, learning not just how they attract talent, but how they operate, scale, and support the teams they rely on to succeed. Through our partnerships in staffing the beauty industry, one thing became very clear: the way freelance and field teams work has evolved, but the tools supporting them have not. Managing time, tracking performance, understanding sell-through, and maintaining operational efficiency across locations remained far more complex than it needed to be.
So, we built a solution for our clients.
I am proud to introduce Good Timing: a platform designed specifically for the beauty industry, built to support freelancers and field teams wherever they work around the world. For the past two years, Good Timing has been supporting a select group of beauty brands to shape this solution for release. It has been developed, tested, and refined in real environments with real field teams and is ready to be shared with the beauty community.
Good Timing is more than a timekeeping app. It enables field teams to work seamlessly across locations worldwide while giving brands real-time, granular reporting to support smarter budgeting and decision-making. It provides visibility into product movement, so you know what is selling and what needs replenishment.
